Singing a new song

In many human activities the mantra of “hurry up and wait” is chanted regularly. Apart from being off-key, the song at theRubicon is no different than anywhere else. Sporadic crescendos of activity in getting the new site design ready for posting have been punctuated by less-than-melodic mutterings of frustration over the intricacies of html, clashing symbols found around long-pursued dead-ends and some yawning (perhaps welcome… to the ears at least) silences. Huh?

The planned site redesign, the addition of new elements to make navigation and access better and the touted relaunch on January 1 are all behind schedule. We’re working to make the choir sing in tune and we hope to have a crisp, fresh and captivating edition of theRubicon ready to go… soon. In the meantime, we have some great content, challenging ideas and compelling audio to present and we can’t wait any longer to get it to you. Starting today we are resuming our thrice-weekly posting schedule and will keep you updated (tuned-in, so to speak) on the redesign once the mantra becomes a hymn of completion.
