Hope and little green monsters
The weather is bleak here in the UK, but fortunately jolly old cyberspace is throwing out some sunshine. This simple but powerful Youtube video is bursting with hope and sums up this generation of young world changers. Time to reverse apathy, statistics and despair!
Davos, the meeting of many of the world’s elite, has been and gone. Whilst they may not have solved the global financial crises they have been tangling with some important questions over the last few days. Here Barbara Stocking, Chief Executive of Oxfam, answers the question ‘Will development and sustainability drop down the global agenda?’ Her answer is a clear one: “It is a time of unprecedented global challenges.
